@ Bulusan Volcano Natural Park, Sorsogon, Philippines
There’s no such perfect relationships. There’s always bumps and curves and challenging moments along the way. Falling in love is a miracle, heaven’s call, I say. You’ll get to know someone who would make your heart beats and who would you like to spend time with. But take note, you are two different people, with different views and opinions, different personalities and even different take on life.
Bulusan Volcano Natural Park lies within the heart of Sorsogon Province, Bicol Region, my home province. It’s a habitat of different species that live in harmony. You can see locals go fishing and swimming here. If you like nature and adventure, this is a perfect place for you. I experienced walking around the Lake which I call the Lover’s Trail because as you go deep into the trail, you would come to some fallen trees and broken paths which would make you wish to go back from the start.
This lake and the rain forest that surrounds it are located by the foot of one of the most active volcano in Bicol, Bulusan Volcano. Should you wish to come here, take a flight to Manila and then to Legazpi City. Take a van or bus from Legazpi City to Sorsogon City, the travel is at least 1 hour. From Sorsogon City, you may take a jeepney going to Gubat, for 20-30 minutes. From Gubat, Sorsogon, take another jeepney going to Bulusan. The team led by Stephen Saberon, a friend and former colleague, with contacts at 09175389750 and firstname.lastname@example.org arranges local travels in Bicol.
Loving and sacrificing for loved-ones are never a waste of time. After this pandemic, travel with family and enjoy their company. It is the warm tight hugs of a family that is what we needed the most, especially in this trying times.
